Elon Musk IS NOW The CEO OF TWITTER

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla Inc., said in a Monday filing that he would serve as Twitter’s chief executive officer. Wall Street experts have warned that this move might stretch the billionaire too thin.

Musk, who also owns the tunneling firm The Boring Company, the mind-chip startup Neuralink, and the corporate rocket SpaceX, dismissed Parag Agrawal, the previous CEO of Twitter, and other top company officials last week.

When you consider that Musk bid to purchase Twitter in April, Tesla’s stock has lost a third of its value, compared to a 12-cent loss in the benchmark S&P 500 index over the same period.

Musk already changed his Twitter bio to “Chief Twit” to reference his intended action.

On Monday, Twitter refused to comment when asked about Musk’s potential tenure as CEO or the hiring of a successor.

In another submission on Monday, Musk learned that the acquisition had made him the sole director of Twitter.

Bret Taylor, Parag Agrawal, Omid Kordestani, David Rosenblatt, Martha Lane Fox, Patrick Pichette, Egon Durban, Fei-Fei Li, and Mimi Alemayehou, who were formerly directors of Twitter before the merger, are no longer on the board, according to Musk in the filing.

Later, without providing any more details, Musk tweeted that the procedure to disband the board “is just quick.”

Elon Musk $44 billion acquisition of the social networking company last week ended many months-long dramas.

Since the acquisition, Musk has moved swiftly to inscribe his mark on Twitter, which he had long derided for being reluctant to roll out new products or remove spam charges.

According to people familiar with the issue, his teams started working with select workers to study Twitter’s software program code and understand how various network components worked.

Some employees who spoke with Reuters said they had little direct communication with Musk or other company officials and relied on news reports to put together what was occurring at the business.

Does Donald Trump intend to rejoin Twitter?

Everyone has wondered if former American President Donald Trump would return to the site since Elon Musk declared his intention to purchase Twitter. The question has come up once again now that he is the owner of the microblogging service.

The Chief Twit responded to the massive inquiry on Twitter by saying, “Whether I had a $1 for every time a person asked me if Trump is coming come back on this platform, Twitter would be minting wealth!” Even though we haven’t heard anything regarding Musk restoring Trump’s Twitter account,

After the assault on the Capitol, Twitter was resolved to permanently lower Trump’s management for the following year. Vijay Gadde, the head of legal coverage, was among the personnel Musk replaced shortly after completing his purchase. Vijay Gadde is said to have been crucial in suspending Donald Trump’s Twitter account.

In a message on his social media network, Parler, upon the conclusion of Musk’s purchase of Twitter, Donald Trump expressed his happiness that Twitter was now in Musk’s “sane arms.”

The Wall Street Journal reports that if the new owner of the microblogging site decided to reactivate Donald Trump’s account, several significant firms were prepared to stop family members from using Twitter.

Even though it’s unclear if Musk will restore Trump and other suspended debts or not, he is planning some significant changes for Twitter, including a paid verification badge, lengthier tweets, and the return of Vine.
